In partnership with the Crysler Community, the Garden & Science Club is a hands-on program running through the seasons of winter, spring and summer. Introducing children and families to gardening, science, and crop farming; participants explore seeds and science indoors during the winter, then move outside as the weather warms to prepare soil, plant crops, and learn how gardens grow, eventually harvesting and caring for the garden through summer.
Families of all ages are welcome; space is limited so registration is required. Regular attendance should be anticipated, and parents or caregivers are asked to stay with their children during sessions.
