Discusses the relocation and construction of homes, churches, schools, stores, the locks and the dam, and finally, celebration and Queen Elizabeth II's visit to the village after its' completion. The film footage, shot by Florence Hodger, shows the construction, demolition, scenes of the old and new villages, and highlights all the different stages of the relocation.
